A man of many hats, Milan’s in-depth knowledge of the construction industry started young, beginning as a framer in the trade. Through years of hard work and thorough learning, he now looks after multiple trades and staff at once as the founder and president of Restoracore, Milan lives in Carlsbad with his wife and children.
Director
From dental, to mining, to now construction, Sateba’s earned and successful experience in intricate fields has allowed her to lead the team’s efforts in an ever expanding market, ensuring key metrics are hit and unifying a dynamic wheelhouse of staff and subcontractors. She resides in Vista, California with her husband Age, daughter and puppy Fabio.
Superintendent
From an HVAC Tech to a now 10 year plus superintendent, Ryan brings his technical expertise to the job sites, ensuring each phase of construction is to precision. Recognized often for his appearances in Property Brothers, Ryan is no stranger to the stage, whether it’s a set in Los Angeles or a brand new custom home built in Rancho Santa Fe, his attention to detail is bar to none. Ryan lives in Vista, California with his wife and three children.
Project Coordinator
With a background in technology, Noah’s knowledge in the virtual space has allowed for lengthy strides in the physical space of construction. Through coordination and automation, his efforts in expanding processes and communication between internal / external teams, ensures the job to get done well and to make sure the client is more than happy. Noah lives in Carlsbad, California with his dog Mack.
Project Manager
With over 20 years of construction experience, Nick oversees Restoracore’s projects from start to finish, ensuring timely quality throughout. With hundreds of homes and schools built by his efforts, Nick understands the care and delicate vision for home owners to achieve their dream house.. Accompanied alongside him is his partner Anna and his children, Emma, Ryker and Willow.
Office Support
Fabio is our tiny bundle of joy and the heart of the office. Despite his small size, he has a big personality and loves to spread happiness wherever he goes. He's friendly, curious, and always up to play with his favorite toys. Fabio enjoys meeting new people and quickly becomes everyone's favorite colleague and employee. "Cheese will make him your best friend".
Office Administrator
Leading the front of staff, Adrianna is the first smile to see and also the last, handling everything from the introductions to the handing over the last check. With in-depth knowledge of multi-threading tasks, Adrianna’s skillset in balancing plates allows for a well oiled machine at Restoracore. Adrianna stays local here in Vista, California.
